Rutland County Council Tories Sell Oakham Community Asset, Another Tory Property Related Coincidence?

Rutland County Council Tories Sell Oakham Community Asset, Another Tory Property Related Coincidence?

A building which was home to Jules youth centre was sold of cheaply, after Rutland County Council who rented the property from a charity/trust fund for a peppercorn rent persuaded the family
to let them sell the property and use funds, to provide the youth service at another location.

The property sold quickly.

I don't think the money will last long.

A Greetham firm is moving in, two of the company directors live in Greetham Rutland.

They are friends of Rutland County Councils Conservative Leader Roger Begy.

Mr Begy knows them very well and has enjoyed the The Greetham Music-Ale Festival
which has been organised by one of the directors.  The directors support other
community and parish council activities. Mr Begy is also a Greetham Parish Councillor

The Company directors have very close connections to many Rutland Conservatives.

A friend and business associate who lived in Cottesmore
was married to a Tory Rutland county councillor Loretta Marsh who was  Elected in  May, 2007
Like all the Tories in 2007 she was uncontested

After Mrs Marsh resigned for personal reasons she continues to act as agent for Tory Candidates as
thier agent.

The Hornbuckle Mitchell Group Limited is another example of the local Tory Connection, Loretta Marsh's late husband was a director, one of the directors who runs the company, who are moving into the former youth centre, was also a director of The Hornbuckle Mitchell Group Ltd. and according to local press reports a very close friend to the late Mr Marsh.

Is it just a coincidence that such good friends of Rutland County Councils Tory Leadership obtained this property?

Before Rutland County Council sold this property they spent a considerable sum on improvement which include a very expensive new stairs at the rear of the property.
