Rutland County Council withdraws SPOC enforced on the UKIP Three
Single Point of Contact which Rutland County Council forced Three UKIP Councillors to use.
When I contact Rutland County Council about any matter even Election matters.
I receive a reply from the unsigned SPOC.
The replies of often curt, abrupt and impolite it does not present a good image of the Rotten Tory
Council.
Some emails have been sent to me late in the evening making it very clear the SPOC is
not just any normal member of staff. More likely to be the power crazy control freak, whoever that
might be?
