Oakham Mayor Adam Lowe, Rutland County Councils, Proposed Layby in Stamford Road  Oakham is a knee Jerk Reaction

Rutland County Council are proposing a layby for parking to help alleaviate parking issue they
have created for residents in Edmonton Way and other roads.

I noticed the yellow line has now been streched all the way down Stamford Road.

The Mayor voted against the proposal. acknowledging his ward residents wanted it.

What I find unacceptable about this case is the man in the middle
rotten Tory Edward Baines is constantly permitted to publicly insult
the three councillors at one meeting he even suggested they were
corrupt.

The same man is so backward with his thoughts, he describes the
internet as the sewer of modern life.

When he speaks at meetings I can't help thinking he is an old fashioned
preacher spitting out his attacking words...
