Despite the persistent rain, the Rutland Food, Drink and Craft Festival in Oakham today proved to be a resounding success. The annual event, which showcases the best of local produce and craftsmanship, attracted a steady stream of visitors who were determined to enjoy the festivities.

Attendees braved the wet weather to explore the diverse range of stalls, sampling locally produce produce. The aroma of freshly cooked food filled the air, enticing visitors to indulge in a variety of culinary delights.

For those seeking a more relaxed dry experience, there were plenty of opportunities to browse the craft stalls.
