As for Anglesey why would you want to ask help from a County that has failed and blames
all its failings on a funding deficit of three million pounds. I get the feeling the deficit is made
up by charging the highest council tax in England. So to me the three million pound deficit is just a poor Tory excuse for the mess the county is in.
