PCSO Cooper passed his police entrance exam last month, once he becomes a PC he will be leaving Oakham, good luck to him.
PCSO Cooper will also be getting married this year, good luck with that also.
He was given tea in the above mug at Oakham Police Station back in January , lets hope he won't be
needing that service.
