Hooligans wreck services at Stamford Library could this happen in Rutland libraries
Hooligans wreck services at Stamford Library could this happen in Rutland libraries.
I hope Rutland County Council consider the damage that could be caused to Rutland library service if they cut staff.
At Stamford the introduced self service and less staff, young people have become aware of this and a previous good service has become a nightmare for users.
