Standards Committee Rutland County Council What a Joke

Just as I thought the membership of the conduct committee could not get any worse
after the recent appointment of Oakham Mayor Adam Lowe, a Rutland County Councillor
tells me yes it can and pointed out a member who worked for a local authority and was
suspended for a period of time and then paid off.
