Taxpayers Pay For Rutland County Council Chief Executive to be top tweeter at The MJ Future Forum
The chief executive, our to dishonest bully, Helen Briggs and Tory Returning officer at Rutland County Council is currently spending a great deal of time travelling on trains out of county to
various conferences and forums.
For £130k a year plus anything else she can rake in from the taxpayers I and others
feel she is neglecting her duties and responsibilities her in Rutland. She has attended
far too many conferences, If they were actually any good peoples complaints about
Rutland County Council would not be so high, I can't say a record high because
the council has only just started recording it's complaints!
Over the last 24hrs Mrs Briggs spent a lot of time tweeting at The MJ Future Forum 15
which the taxpayer pays for her time.

Mrs Briggs was so busy tweeting she earned the title on Twitter as top tweeter of
tweets relating to the forum.
Mrs Briggs appears to compare those who use council services as Supermarket
Customers no wonder the council services are in a mess.
Or she is thinking of introducing some sort of loyalty card that tracks and provides
information that she does not really need to know about residents?
The bully is known to be a bit of a control freak, so it would not surprise me.
The most shocking thing I found is the forum is free to attend by invitation only
and only leading council officers are invited. If Mrs Briggs is leading,
then this must mean other Council staff must be even worse than her or does
the magazine have a list and finds those at the top who really are leading are far
too busy working to attend so many pointless forums like this one?
