The Big Fairy Picnic, Anna’s Hope, Burghley Park Barnack Road Stamford

The Big Fairy Picnic

Sunday August 18th

On Sunday 18th August, Anna’s Hope invites all fairies to put on their fairy dresses,
bring a picnic and come to ‘The Big Fairy Picnic in the Park’ in the grounds of
Burghley Park. Elves and the whole family can come too
.
The picnic will take place between 1200 and 1600 and there will be lots of fun
and games plus a Fairy Treasure Trail, Story Telling, Ponies and Face painting.
There will also be a best-dressed Teddy Bear competition, so don’t forget to bring
your teddy in their best outfit.

It will also be the anniversary of last year’s successful Guinness World record attempt
for the largest number of people dressed as fairies and Anna’s Hope would love to
see all the record breakers again.

The event is free and for anyone dressed as a fairy or elf they will get half price
admission to the Garden of Surprises. For those who want to help and give hope
to children with brain tumours you can donate at the picnic or by visiting the
Anna’s Hope stand or visit the charity’s website:
