The Death of Oakham Festival?
A committee member has told me there will be no Oakham Festival next year.
The committee member said it may be just a year with out.
I am rather minded to think it has gone for good rather like the Carnival did when a rotten and I mean really rotten Oakham Town Councillor poked their nose into that, which resulted in a full blown argument and the disbanding of the carnival committee and the loss of public money.
