Deborah Cooper, 48, of Orange Street, Uppingham, admitted assaulting two constables in the execution of their duty in Uppingham on September 18. She was given a community order and put under supervision for 12 months. She was also ordered to pay compensation of £200 and a victim surcharge of £60.
