One month ago a friend of mine attempted to reach for the Sky, drowning in his slow flowing 02 broadband now he is out of the water the brightly coloured Sky has turned very grey. No service for One Month.
Customer Service is gloomy.
The Customer does not demand more, just a simple connection.
Come on Sky it's Time for change.
