UKIP Rutland County Councillor Dave Richardson has failed to return Members Interest Form
Cllr Richardson was elected at the last main election as Independent moved to Anti Corruption
and is currently a member of UKIP.
The Members Interest form is very important, listing such things as property owned, employer
and other matters that might have effect the Cllrs role.
I wonder if Rutland County Council sent the form, if they did why has the monitoring officer
waited so many years to chase up Cllr Richardson's form.

@RutlandNed The Council has published all registers it's received. Cllr Richardson's has not yet been submitted to the Monitoring Officer
