Upp Broadband Installation: A Review
I recently had Upp Fibre Broadband installed in my home, and I'm very happy with the service. The installation process was smooth and efficient, and the engineer, Chris, did a great job.
Chris called to see if he could arrive early and was very polite and professional. He explained the installation process to me clearly and answered all of my questions. He also made sure to protect my property during the installation and cleaned up afterwards. It was a very wet and windy day.
I was particularly impressed with Chris' attention to detail. He took the time to route the fibre optic cable neatly into my house and avoided drilling any unnecessary holes. He also made sure to test the connection thoroughly before leaving.
Using Upp Fibre Broadband, I'm very impressed with the speed and reliability. I'm on the basic package, which offers speeds of up to 100Mbps, and I've been getting consistently faster speeds. I've also had no problems with reliability, and the connection has been very stable. An improvement on the very poor service I was used to from Three.
