Leicester County Court, Who Can You Trust? Rutland County Council Planning

Leicester County Court, Who Can You Trust? Rutland County Council Planning.

I would say neither.

Rutland County Council report their planning department performance is the worst in the East Midlands.
Many would not disagree with them.

It appears not only are the Rutland Anti Corruption Party raising concerns about our Tory Council.

I was in a shop yesterday and a very well spoken smart man was using the word corruption when
having a chat about Rutland County Council and planning.

A local person who suffered at the hands of this bullying council is slowly but surely wining their legal
battle caused by Rutland County Council and planning.

They  will now being taking legal action against Leicester County Court, who may have been helpful to Rutland County Council and a firm of architects who have now gone into liquidation.

I nearly forgot to mention the employee at the firm of architects employed the former planning officer.

The person for a very short time was an Oakham Town Councillor.

Dear

You will recall that on 20 December 2012 I wrote to you to make an assessment of Leicester County Court (LCC)/Ministry of Justice’s (MOJ) processing of your personal data in the matter you had described. I explained that, based on the information available, it was my view it was unlikely MOJ had complied with the DPA.
Case outcomes
Section 7(9) of the DPA states that: If a court is satisfied on the application of any person who has made a request under the foregoing provisions of this section that the data controller in question has failed to comply with the request in contravention of those provisions, the court may order him to comply with the request.
Furthermore, section 13 of the Act gives individuals the right to claim compensation if they have suffered damage as a result of a contravention of the Act.

Yours sincerely
