I have tried this at Oakham's Farmers Market, there is also bottle made from red apples
not just the red skin variety, the whole apple is red, making it quite a rare Cider.
Finbury's Cider is now sold at Oakham Wines here in Oakham
they still have some stock of the Gold medal winning still cider
if bubbles are not your thing.
