Wondering Why Severn Trent Water Leaves Cones and Faulty Traffic Lights when no vans are parked on the A6003 Oakham Rutland
I and others are wondering why Severn Trent Water leave cones and faulty traffic lights
after working hours on the Oakham by-pass.
There is no work being carried out on the carriage way and far as I can see the coned of
section of the busy road is only used to park van (s) whilst people are working in the
nearby field.
Once again, yesterday the temporary lights were stuck on red in both directions causing some
drivers to take some interesting actions to overcome this. Some driver over took waiting cars
to ignore the lights and others obviously not sure if the could could ignore the red light
did u turns.
