Oakham Town Councillor Adam Lowe and All Saints Church Safeguarding Officer Appeared to not understand NO, when he made sexual advances to Oakham Mayor, after she complained he threatened her. Rutland County Council upheld her complaint he won't resign. He has no shame. Clearly not if you read his response to the Leicester Mercury:
He said: "I'm not allowed to discuss the details, but I can say that during the course of public life you speak to people and have discussions and occasionally you say things that may be offensive.
"It was not intended to be rude or disrespectful but it was misinterpreted."

Adam Lowe, Oakham Town Councillor Most Shocking. How is it Adam Lowe is permitted to Bully people continually. I am pleased the County Council no longer support him by trying to sweep his very low conduct under the carpet. He tried to ruin my life with the help of a few others now he is doing it to this young local family.
Rachael reminds in another comment, Adam Lowe hold the position of safeguarding officer at All Saints Church Oakham. If so that is shocking, imagine you are a member of that church and you have a similar issue at the church and your first point of contact is Adam Lowe a man found guilty by Rutland County Council for the very same thing that has happened to you...
