This morning I have received a serious of emails from Cllr Adam Lowe, Oakham's Mayor
They range from threatening, intimidating and bizzare
I am so concerned by our Mayors conduct and well being I have raised three conduct
complaints with the monitoring officer at Rutland County Council.
The third:
Dear Debbie Mogg
I have sent a third conduct complaint via website once again the confirmation page has failed.
I am getting very worried about the conduct of our Mayor Adam Lowe.
I am very concerned about Cllr Lowes very unacceptable conduct against me to the point where
I am concerned he may be a risk to my personal safety.
Cllr Lowe seems to have an obsession with my past and repeats his false allegation about me
and the police in his recent string of emails.
It is my intention to produce all Cllrs Lowes emails in a report and to put another motion
of a vote of no confidence against him at a full council meeting.

I would also suggest that Mr Lowe is also responsible for the offensive text messages I received
and reported to the police.
The text messages are all based on the suggestion that I prostitute myself to the police.
Mr Lowe should resign he is a disgraceful bully.

I wish to raise another complaint regarding the conduct of Oakham Mayor Cllr Adam Lowe.
