Conservative Councillor Terry Kings Concern Rutland County Council

Sat Dec 11  22:21  2010  I sent a email concerning Standards Complaints made against me to my usual mailing list.

This prompted Conservative Councillor Terry King to send a email to Chief Executive Helen Briggs.
10.21 for Councillor King is considered late night, I guess when I am aged I will think the same.
He also appear to be concerned I live alone.

Is (name redacted by RCC) aware of latest, this may be coming to a crucial stage? Late night emails and a person alone and some very troubled emails does not look good.
Which agency has any hope of assisting?
