Conservative Rutland County Councillor Peter Jones Highways Obstruction

Conservative Rutland County Councillor Peter Jones, Highways Obstruction, if you thinking of voting for Peter Jones Conservative, he writes to me saying I publish sick things about him, not true. What he does not like is I publish some of what people say behind his back and are to cowardly to say to his face. Like most local conservatives he feels rules don't apply to him.

I was told about this bench outside his shop on display for days. So I thought I would take a look. Mr Peter Jones has been a Conservative Councillor for many years and I guess has dealt with many complaints regarding retailers placing stock and A frames on the highway.

As far as I know rules and laws apply to Conservative Councillors. You can see Mr Jones has been around council staff for some time now, so health and safety is important. he has very clearly labelled his obstruction. Not much help to you if you are blind, elderly disabled or a mother or father with a double buggy.

Here is a reminder for Conservative Mr Peter Jones of the law I am sure he is aware of:.

Advertising 'A' boards and the display of goods for sale on the footway are not allowed. If they do pose a dangerous obstruction, a formal notice may be issued to the offender and this could lead to prosecution under Section 149 of the Highways Act 1980.

Of course his local Tory mob wont like this post, but at least I am not making false statements!
I won't lower myself to their level but as long as they keep attacking me and making false statements
I will continue to show they are not perfect but then who is, Sorry I forgot Rutland Tories are!
