I would like to thank a gentleman who lives in the ward for his support over the past few months.
He is happy to help impliment changes at the council.
I would not normaly publish his emails but with details removed, I think it is good to show the public another member of the publics view of thier town council.have
I would also like to thank the public who attend meetings.
Interestly the two new cllrs did not attended many if any meetings over the past year.
Before I became a cllr I attended meetings for nearly a year.

Hello Martin - I hear your apprehension. However, the fact remains that the inclusion of ******* would represent the beginnings of contact and dialogue with the other councillors on the subject of the inconsistent observation of Standing Orders.
After last night's stony silence in response to your proposal - a silence made all the more ridiculous by the fact that members ultimately showed that they were actually in agreement with you - I would say that contact and dialogue, however tenatative, are very much to be encouraged.
I think that the "official" territory of the Monitoring Officer is an appropriate place for this.
However, the meeting with Mr Pook is YOUR meeting and I certainly have no desire to pressure you nor to facilitate what you might see as "gatecrashing". I shall respect your decision, and inform ********** of the outcome.
Perhaps you could let me know the time of the meeting? Best wishes. *********
