Exton Parish Council has a new Councillor
Cllr Claire Smith
Cllr Smith is no stranger to Exton Parish Council before
becoming a councillor she was one of Exton's Tree Wardens.
Cllr Smith does a lot of charity work and you often see
her zooming around in her van helping the elderly in Rutland and Lincolnshire
her unpaid work with the Catholic Church sees her
helping as far out as North London
On top of all this she looks after her parents, I don't know how she fits
it all in. Her parents are very proud of her, and Claire is also proud of them
her father is a retired accountant with a RAF background and
was awarded the freedom of the City of London
I wish Cllr Smith good luck for your first council meeting.
