This morning was the second day of the hearing by the Inspector, who will decide whether the land to the west of Uppingham Road Oakham will be built on.

During the morning break a member of the public told Jeakins Weir ‘s QC Mr Jerry Cahill,what they personally thought of him! not really a good thing to tell a QC.
