This morning I received correspondence from Conservative Rutland County Councillor Terry King
You will see from his last email received so far he is now offering me an undisclosed sum of money to shut me up?
Why?
Is this not a bribe?
Is that not a serious criminal offence?
You will notice the Leader of Rutland County Council, Roger Begy OBE also sent an e-mail suggesting 'Brookes' is not writing his e-mail alone.
Why is that a concern for him?

I am not suggesting that you take up hard work like window cleaning, I was only telling you I knew someone who had. If you produce a simple viable business plan i will help raise you capital by pledging some money, plus you may be eligible for Government Start Up support.
Your energies will be better challenged into seeking self employment than wasting time on conspiracy theories.
