Leicestershire Constabulary Proffesional Standards Department , Inspector Johnny Monks moving to Loughborough.
Detective Sergeant Simon Eyley is in the process of finalising his report with regards to three complaints made against Inspector Monks and Oakham Police.
His report will shortly be submitted to the Detective Chief Inspector.
