Proposed new Pub and Hotel near Landsend Way Oakham Rutland to be reconsidered
This is being reconsidered at the Development Committee at Rutland County Council on 15 November 2011, Planning Officers are now Recommending approval.
If this will give the go ahead for a large Marstons Pub and a 60 bedroom economy style hotel.
It was originally recommended for refusal. However, the application was actually deferred and there has now been further discussions, revisions etc.
