Local Resident Displays New Welcome Sign Oakham Rutland
Leicestershire Police dealt with a local resident who displayed a new welcome sign on his home this week.
The sign was considered unacceptable and possibly offensive to some people.
I have been advised it may not wise for me to publish the photograph I took.
the sign reads: NO C***S, SO F**K OFF C**T
It is understood the resident was expecting a visit from the local police.
One resident said " Oh dear he is high again"
I wonder what explanation can be given for the reason why another resident in the same road is displaying dead animal remains in their front garden?
