A 22-year-old man has been charged with stealing a mobile phone during a burglary at a shop in High Street, Oakham.
The incident is alleged to have taken place on February 9.
The man is due to appear at Loughborough Magistrates’ Court on May 23.
He has been bailed with a condition that he does not enter Rutland.
