DVLA Camera Van Clamping Road Tax Dodgers in Oakham Rutland
The unemployed owner of this and another car failed for over a year
to tax their cars, this morning the DVLA camera van was in
town and clamped this one. The owner also displays a dead animal
in there front garden.
