This is good news for the tax payer at long last the floral displays and watering is cheaper than its ever been for many years supporters of the mob at Oakham Town Council attacked me for asking for this to be tendered correctly. Its amazing when it is done correctly how much is saved £20,000+ over the next four years.
Its good to see Greetham Garden Centres web site they proud to be supplying our town, I certainly thinks that makes a change from the past milk it as much as you can.
I think an important addition to the terms of tendering being no sub contracting has helped reduce the costs.
