Rutland County Council Tory Leader Letter of Support for Tory Chief Executive Helen Briggs
Its clear to me since Mr Briggs has booted and bullied out staff and contracted most services to other council she has little else to do in the very empty council building accept for writing letters to the Rutland
Times in support of her old Tory mates. Roger Begy says she has done no wrong that is not what the public have told me. The Councillors have also wrote and told him the same. I wonder if he will regret writing the letter above at a later date. She is rather handy at an election count so he might not..
