Mother Duck and Ducklings Willow Crescent to Willowbrook, Oakham, Rutland.

I could hear a duck outside my home this morning. One of the many local cats, was taking a interest in this mother duck and her little ones. When I went outside the cat ran away so I thought I would try and guide the ducks back to water. The road is always busy with speeding cars. Fortunately it was not a school day, A walk back up the road and a left turn into the allotments at Willow Crescent and down to the Brook edge, I think mother duck was pleased. I wonder when people started putting up fencing around their allotment plots, it was like a maze to the waters edge.
