Connolly Financial Planning, a reputable firm specialising in financial guidance, has announced an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Administrator to join their growing team. The company is seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to provide crucial support to their mortgage sales team and ensure seamless client experiences.

The role of Mortgage Administrator at Connolly Financial Planning is central to the efficient operation of their mortgage services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, meticulously managing client files within strict timescales, and consistently delivering outstanding customer service. A key aspect of the role involves taking ownership of client queries, seeing them through to a satisfactory resolution.

Key responsibilities for the Mortgage Administrator will include, but are not limited to:

  • Progressing mortgage applications from initial stages through to legal completion and beyond.

  • Serving as a vital liaison between Mortgage Advisors and clients, ensuring ongoing support and clear communication regarding case progress.

  • Managing critical documentation such as title mortgage availability letters.

  • Actively monitoring client close-outs, cancellations, and re-engagements.

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for enquiries from clients, lenders, and conveyancers.

  • Performing general office administration duties, including filing, photocopying, and handling telephone communications.

  • Assisting with occasional finance and marketing administration tasks.

  • Collaborating closely with the Director and the wider office team to ensure all activities adhere to compliance and regulatory requirements.

Connolly Financial Planning is looking for a candidate with a proven track record in administration, ideally within the mortgage or broader financial services sector. Essential qualities include excellent communication and customer service skills, strong computer literacy (particularly with Microsoft Office suite), meticulous attention to detail, and experience working with established systems and procedures. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and professional individual, ready to contribute positively to a dynamic team environment.

This is a full-time, office-based position, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Salary will be negotiable and commensurate with experience.
