Bluebells & Whitebells outside Oakham Police Station Photographs

Oakham Police are hunting the photographer who took photographs of their bluebells without consent.
Junior officers are said to be cuddling up to senior officers traumatised by this incident. Jon is keeping the kettle boiling providing the best brew in the station.

The police have decided it is an offence of harassment for anyone to take photographs in public.

Four persons were waiting for Oakham Police Station to open this morning possible to assist them with this enquiry?

I would publish my thoughts on these bluebell unfortunately freedom of expression is also a crime here in Rutland. It think it maybe a crime to state that and this? It maybe a crime to think who knows.

"Do as we tell you Brookes, the balls in your court" "Believe ME Brookes I have not even started harassing you yet" Bob Lucas Mayors Consort. Well those comments and others certainly rang true. Mr Lucas writing his police statement admits he said "the balls in your court" but failed to mention the rudeness surrounding the comments he made. He claims he tucked the council chain into his shirt, Is this is an attempt to justify his rude disrespectful behaviour?
