The above photograph was taken on Sunday with both parties full consent it was one of a set.
At the time I was unaware Counciilor Lucas our Mayor was hiding she had given Leicestershire Constabulary a statement claiming I stalk her and I have destroy her life and her families. If you look
at this photograph and others in the set do you see a photograph of a woman scared of me?
I don't I see a happy Mayor. The above photograph will be used in court and the email below received from MP Alan Duncan's assistant.
Sadly once again Leicestershire Constabulary have chose to take side in a nasty political battle.
The Mayor yearns for the day Oakham Town Council can return to meetings behind closed door with little or no scrutiny.
Spending the taxes as they please with no plan or purpose.
There was a very good reason why Rutland County Council branded Oakham Town Council Dysfunctional.
It will remain that way whilst it is controlled by the small group of unelected homophobic bullying old biggots who have the full support of Leicestershire Constabulary.

have spoken to Alan who confirmed that, whilst at the CiCle Race in Oakham, you did, in a public place, ask Alan if he would like to have
his photograph
taken together with Cllr Joyce Lucas. Mr Duncan agreed and did not see
any issues at the time, and no objections were raised with him
personally.
Based
on what he witnessed there was no problem at all. He is not aware of
any issues or disagreements which occurred subsequent to when you took
his picture
on Sunday.
