Oakham Police, Oakham Town Council and Rutland County Council

Yesterday I spent the day with Oakham Police this time as a free man!

Firstly I needed to obtain my solicitors details. Someone found it amusing by providing me with a incorrect details. As the compliments slip was passed to me, I was asked "Will you please excuse my laughter its the name!" They had written Peter Swindler, when my solicitors name is David Swingler.

I also asked Oakham Police if the could sort out the mistake on the Bail Sheet. As I could not travel to the other side of Leicester and I could not possibly make a court appearance in 2010. Oakham Police said they could sort it without a trip to Leicester. Unfortunately after some time, I was told PCSO Jay Cooper would be driving me to see the custody sergeant in Leicester. We were accompanied by
PC Sue Cockerill. Arriving in Leicester at Hamilton Police Station, we had to wait a long long time watching the front desk 3 civilians tucking into biscuits. Eventually we went through to the custody suite and revisited a de-stressed and refreshed sergeant and a civilian custody officer was perched on his left should, the same position as the night before. The court date was amended and I was free to leave and appear in court on the 23rd of this month.

The excuse for errors "We have a new computer system"

One that should come with a very serious warning. On Tuesday the same sergeant refused my right to enter a response because he was in a hurry. He told me he was in charge, So I politely demanded to see his Inspector and for my Solicitor. He said he would put a short reply on my custody record.
because he had closed the charge sheet and told me to sign using the electronic pad. I did as instructed.
He then was able to hack in to charge sheet and enter my response. I wonder what the chances are of the police entering a incriminating untruth after a person has left the police station. I would have thought the is a need for security to be put in place so that these important documents can not be amended after a suspect has signed it.

I have reported this matter to Leicestershire Police Standards

On the way back to Oakham another error was found,. my date of birth was incorrect on the charge sheet and telephone call found this was also incorrect on my custody record, so we had to return to Leicester for another long wait. I kept quiet about the all the spelling errors on the sheets, because I wanted to get home on the same day.

On the same day I raised the issue of how Leicestershire Constabulary have constantly failed me over the years. Things like the hate letters address to Mr Paedophile clearly sent by people connected to the council.
looking at ex Mayor Jim Harrison's Blog Tea Break in which he says I am depraved and a risk to children, Inspector Monks and his team say that is not harassment.

The last investigation was carried out by Cambridgeshire Police who were investigating malicious communications received after I had discussed cremation at a council meeting and the legal issues surrounding the disposal of ashes, I used the example of my first partner who had died from cancer
and was cremated and found if you scatter ashes you don't need any consent or licence but if you wish to bury them you do.

The communication said I must have been pleased my partner had been cremated to cover up the fact I had murdered him, they went on to say I am the only man in Rutland to know what it is like to fuck a dead man.

Cambridgeshire police wrote to me and told me they had to end the investigation because Leicestershire Police delayed sending them crucial evidence in time.

They have arranged an appointment for me to see a officer to 'deal' with my complaints from professional standards this Friday.

It saddens me how innocent people become involved because, I have had to raise a complaint about one of Oakham's best officers PC Lloyd. He told me he found a post funny one of the posts included in evidence the police are using against, I say if its funny why is it being used against me in court. I am sorry Joe but I have to, help sort this mess out in my life, it is nothing personal.
Poor PC Lloyd was forced to read every page of my blog by Inspector Monks to find if there was any criminal content. He found none and said it was rather boring.

I reported crimes against me by all those councillors and ex councillors who have provided statements against me.

This includes Rutland County Councillor Alan Walters who provided the first platform for people like ex Mayor Cllr Jim Harrison to attack on-line. Cllr Harisson used the name Carpet Burns whist mayor, on the Rutland Chat Forum run by Rutland County Council. He is now Grumpyjag on Oakham People. Mr Harrison is not a man of his word and plays a silly game at the Toby Day memorial service we both photographed and chatted outside he told me he had no issues with me anymore. We chatted about The Mayor and the issues she has with me photographing her in public and her avoidance of me. I told him ar that point we had agreed she would pose once at avents because she felt I took photos of her that made her look horrible, so I told her I only captured her as she presented herself if she turns her back or snarls thats the image I publish. Mr Harrison said "don't worry its not the photographer that is at fault, you can't help it if your subject is ugly"

Last night an employee of the Rutland Times remembered how well we were getting on so I don't understand why he has raised like others old issues which were thrown out by Standards Tribunal because they were stupid or unfounded.

I am surprised there was not a statement from Deputy Mayor Charles Haworth, but then he was caught out lying to the police falsely accusing me of stalking him.

And the tribunal also chucked out his complaints because he lied in statements.

Cllr Walters also a photographer posted a post with the title "Who the fuck is Martin Brookes" at the time I did know these people and and read in horror their objections to me taking my camera out and about and saying I was a danger to Children.  Followers of my blog since 2010 will know this steadily became worse and the cowardly attacks became worse and eventually Rutland County Council shut down the forum when our MP Alan Duncan objected to foul attacks made against him.

It is my strongly held view this group of people made up of councillors and employees of both Rutland and Melton Councils are Homophobic Bigots and were supported and protected by Inspector Johnny Monks. they also all have a common interest or work in professional photography. I wonder if they see that as a threat from me as well as their perceived opinion that I am a political threat to them and their silly little club that is Oakham Town Council? The links shared, links not common to me is Conservative, Lions, Rotary and dare I say it the Masons based in Oakham School.

Just a random thought why would a Mayor use a screen name that most accept had a sexual connotations 'Carpet Burns'?

I also believe all those Councillors and Councillors involved in my current case are harassing and intimidating me because I am a witness, for the economic crime unit due to the possible fraudulent grant application Cllr Nowell and his wife submitted to Oakham Town Council.

Cllr Lucas and her husband threatened me on Good Friday with harassment and said the ball is in my court,because she objects to me questioning the council and in particular her spending. recent freedom of information shows this to be very wasteful and she claims in her evidence I "Nit Pick"

All the Councillors and Ex, Claim I am stalking them and they are all suffering from lack of food sleep and fear for their safety out and about the town.

Conservative County Councillor Gene Plews Claims in evidence I have personally and single handedly destroyed Oakham. looks good to me and many others, so I suggest that is a deluded claim.
(Please note Cllr Plews is not named in the bail conditions, nor is Cllr Nowell who asked the unknown Mrs Black to make a complaint against me to support his intimidation, because he knew I and another person had reported him to the police for his grant application.)

At the moment the bullying and intimidation I feel Oakham Town Council and Rutland County Council and ex Councillors are subjecting me to is a disgrace.

They say I have no friends they insult me and I answer back and I am accused of harassment.
I do have friends, they object to me being gay. 'You can't have your birthday party in a gay bar! you brought the Council into disrepute" I am told. They take the morale high ground. They had a party in the street for the Royal Wedding, the woman one a ex mayor and school governor, were dropping their knickers and revealing all for Ex Mayor Jim Harrison to film and post on You tube, all drunk at around 10.00am in the morning on the public highway,. Most of them have been married before dumped kids around the country.

I have never claimed to be perfect or any better than them, I enjoy sex, but I don't get my kicks from filming it on the public highway and posting it on You Tube.

I prefer to keep that side of things private, Like the my shags with the former Rutland County Councillor and his boy friend/partner, now they have moved to Uppingham this has ceased. Although they are friends with Alan Duncan's PA I don't believe they are Tory so I can still wear the gay t-shirt 'I have never kissed a Tory!" I believe when I appear in court there will be a lot of mud slinging from Councillors and Ex Councillors against me, so I publish the above  and below to show any of there planned intimidation won't bother me at all.

And Yes Mr Harrison  in my youth, I did gain a criminal record for things such as petty theft and most certainly not anything that would put children at risk as you clearly state on your blog! and I do believe now I am 46 they are well and truly spent.

One question, I will be asking is what was Inspector Johnny Monks doing frequently meeting Gay Councillor and Deputy Mayor Charles Haworth in the private computer cabins at Oakham Library. Were they responsible for the filthy vile sexual comments posted on this blog personally attacking my friends and family by name. which originated from the Library Network? ( How many people in Oakham know my family members names? )

The manager at Oakham Library now keeps these cabins locked and they are now strictly controlled 'due to past anti social behaviour' I used one once with an employment advisor we kept the door open, never again they stink like a dirty old mans sweaty bedroom!
