My Court Case

I received good news from my solicitor today.

Legal Aid has been granted by the court.

I appear in Court at Loughborough next week.

It is expected a trial date will be set for about three months time.

It is is likely to take the solicitors around three weeks to prepare for the case.

In the mean time, they will be looking at attending court to seek bad character applications
and hearsay applications.

Bad character applications are for example used to discredit prosecution witnesses, for example a Deputy Mayor who has a Stage One Harassment Order served upon them. another maybe a witness who has a blog falsely claiming I am a risk to children and moderating comments supporting that claim.

Whatever happens this is going to be a long drawn out and costly battle against those connected to local governance who want this blog shut down.
Because they are not accountable to anyone and have the full support of local police officer s like Sgt Collyer
who yesterday claimed I attack members of the public (Councillors  and Ex Councillors) with no thought for them or their feelings.and now claim due to my arrest they are harassing me. A very impartial view taken by one of Leicestershire Constabulary finest? Well maybe not that fine if you watched the news last year.

Tomorrow I will be at Oakham Police station again with another Sgt who will be going through a list of ten issues, he has told me, I may not like some of his answers and others I will be asking why did you not do that two years ago? That has always been the big question. If Leicestershire Police had taken action against some of the ex Councillors and current before now, then I may not have been in the situation I find myself in now.
