Former Mayor Jim Harrison still makes false claims on his blog, saying I am depraved and a risk to children.
Some of the letters I have received have begged me to leave the town council alone and concentrate on Rutland County Council?
Other post and on-line communications seen by many has been so disgusting at times it did push a grown man to tears. Assaults in public, none of which has Leicestershire Constabulary Acted upon correctly.
Leicestershire Constabulary you would think may have helped. No they did not, under the command of Inspector Johnny Monks they chose to do nothing saying most of the time the action of people like Jim Harrison was not harassment. Cllr Adam Lowe one of their own, as a former special constable admitted Harassment 'only once' according to his police statement, do Leicestershire Police take action against him? no of course not they take a statement from him claiming I am harassing him by publishing the events that led to his resignation from Leicestershire Constabulary. They let him write in his statement that he only harassed me once, which will of course be read out in court. Before Cllr Lowe joined the ranks of the bullies and thugs at Oakham Town Council, he wrote a letter, that I sent to the standards tribunal. In that letter he highlights the way the others bully me, he has now joined those bullies why?
Sometimes I would consider some of my blog posts irritating to local governance, never have they been so vile or offensive as the many communications I have been subjected to over time. But I find myself in court after 8 people connected to Oakham Town Council and Rutland County Council say I am harassing them, Stalking them. And destroying Oakham?
My only crimes ? attending Council meetings, photographing at public events, and blogging the results of those activities.

You have to question that when the police and council attempt to squash a persons right to freedom
of expression.
Why is no one questioning, why there are only two political groups on Rutland County Council made up Tory Bullies the other the Rutland Anti Corruption Party?
Leader Roger Begy and Deputy Leader Terry King both Tory find it acceptable to shout at me in public calling me a idiot.
Conservative Gene Plews sent emails via public networks at the council calling me Brookes the idoit when writing to fellow Tory Councillors, Standards at Rutland Council ruled this was political tit for tat of course ruling it was acceptable for the Tory Councillors to use publicly owned computer systems for political purposes. Rather like when they used public meeting rooms for political meetings.
The person who gave me that information was sacked, they recently won a tribunal against Rutland County Council and received a substantial pay out, they went to tribunal to highlight bullying by the council. Many staff were bullied by Helen Briggs to change contracts. The union rep even told me she was a bully, they said at the time if I published their name against that comment they would give me hell, frankly a union rep paid by the council explains it all!
Why has the tribunal outcome not been published by the rotten Rutland Times? if the employee had lost his case, I am sure the paper would have been happy to continue to serve the Tory Council of course by not publishing the outcome of a public hearing they are also serving these rotten bullies!

When I first published this image of the ex Mayor and School governor, Jim Harrison threatened me with legal action due to loss of revenue. I replied please do Jim lets drag Mrs Tyers arse through the court.
Inspector Johny Monks made him take down the video from You Tube.
Mr Harrison claims in his statement I am responsible for his lack of work. Now I suggest if you publish things like he did, including the wife of a senior Lions member, you might find your work as a photographer at official events and other local places might dry up?
It looks like Mrs Tyers dignity might be exposed in the court after all. I intend to use it as an exhibit amongst others to discredit Mr Harrsiom in court

Nearly all those who have provided a police statement attended this event, an event which Inspector Monks said was not indecent, but that does not surprise the same constabulary had no problem with Frank Becks depraved activities for such a long time. (For those who don't remember Frank beck he was the ,social worker who provided police, judges magistrates and others boys for sexual abuse. He was the only person charged due to a huge cover up by Leicestershire Police and was only dealt with when he moved to Hertfordshire Social Services and worked closely with my brother and his chilldren)

I hope Mr Harrison still has the full unedited recording? because I want to exhibit it in court, the edited version was cut when Carol Beech was called to star in the film.
