Phil Cotton Harassment Via Email

This Morning I received the following email from a Phil Cotton who I don't know.


I consider this communication threatening and intimidating and request he refrains from communicating with me. 


The Email is pasted below and my comments are in red.

Dear Martin Brookes,

The further posts writtem by you,  on your forum, have now been forwarded to Leicester police and a formal complaint will be made on Tuesday.  Screen shots have also been compiled as well as links to waybackmachine should you remove said posts.

Your behaviour to this local family is outrageous, a selfless family who dedicate much of their time to charity. 

Yet, Mr. Brookes despite the requirement, via clear bail instructions, that he refrain from further harassing Mandy , both directly and indirectly,

My Bail conditions state I must not have contact with any witness, The bail conditions do not say anything about harasment as stated by Mr Cotton in this intimidating email. The bail conditions do ban me from blogging. 


The post Mr Cotton highlights does not identify the witness and is not harrasment unlike his unsolicited email, 


The post he refers to is my view of the facts the witness is lying and if they are aware of Mr Cotton's contact then they are now threatening and intimidating me which is  harrasment something these people have subjected me to for a number of years using some very foul and disgusting methods.


Once again The behaviour of all these people connected to local governance is digusting. I express my feelings a basic human right and they want me carted of to prison. Remind is this England? or is somewhere abroad where people don't have any rights.


I have removed the witness name from Mr Cottons email.


Leicester police have record this incident reference number 221/07-05-2012


I suggest Mr Cotton or any other deluded people don't contact me about their friends case again.


I assume in Leicestershire it is offence to call Mr Cotton deluded a person you don't know, who has written to you first?

he has added the following outrageous comments (4^thMay) to the public domain, further attacking her parenting and further upsetting the family

She also says she now has to sleep with her traumatised daughter because she
falsely claims I had been stalking her since March and it all started she claims,
apparently I took another photograph of her in Oakham.

If I was a parent and I had a traumatised daughter
and I had deluded thoughts that I was being stalked by some one I did not know
or did not know me and I thought was strange
I would not agree to have my photograph published on-line and in the press
giving both my daughters full names and ages and my place of work?

I also pity the daughter, if she is distressed the mother is solely to blame.

This is upsetting to both the B#### family, their friends and colleagues and needs to be addressed.
