Please note that tickets are non-refundable except in the event of the cancellation of a lost weekend 2012, due to circumstances within our control
1. All tickets are non-transferable and may not be sold or transfered to another person. Tickets may not be offered as a prize or reward in a competition without the prior permission of A Lost Weekend Ltd2. We are unable to issue duplicate tickets should your ticket be lost or stolen.
3. Entry to the event will only be permitted on production of a valid ticket. In order to be valid a ticket must be presented in full without having been defaced in any way and must have been purchased from A Lost Weekend Ltd or its authorised agents.
4. A Lost Weekend Ltd reserves the right to refuse admission or to remove a ticket holder for behaviour deemed likely to cause injury, nuisance or damage or for failure to comply with any reasonable request made by the promoters or their agents. Strictly no illegal substances will be permitted into the festival site, persons entering the festival site may be searched, or have their belongings searched, as a condition of the festival premises licence.
5. All advertised attractions, artists, performers and timings may be subject to change at any time without prior notice
6. A Lost Weekend Ltd are unable to accept liability for personal damages, losses or injuries sustained at this event - including damage and losses to property and motor vehicles - other than caused as a result of our negligence.
7. No trading is allowed within the festival site and its environs without the consent of the promoter
8. All ticket holders must exchange their ticket for a wristband on arrival and this must be worn at all times for the duration of the event.
9. As a condition of sale, ticket holders consent to being photographed, filmed or sound recorded for TV, Video, DVD, Webcast or other public broadcast or any media at any time throughout the world, as part of the audience or by security CCTV.
