the Sun shone in Cutts Close Oakham
for the performance by Youth Brass 2000
the concert paid for by Oakham Town Council
was enjoy by band members family and few members of the
public and councillors.
I am not sure why the public don't attend Town Council events like this
after all they are paying the many thousands of pounds spent each year.
Maybe they have something better to do on a nice sunny Sunday afternoon?
