New business park on former Ashwell Prison site could be open by spring says Rutland County Council
Rutland County Council is planning 20 units a combination of Offices and Idustrial
Strnage when you consider the difficultly the council experiences with letting some very
smart units just a little distances up the road. I am also told the council has a large portfolio
of empty units across the county.
Rutland County Council should know if this latest project will get Ministry of Justice approval
by December.
The Council then hopes to have the units ready for letting by spring 2013
