Oakham Town Council has awarded Plantscape ltd the three year contract to supply
hanging baskets throughout the town.
The contract came up for renewal after Greetham Garden Centre closed.
The cost of the new contract is £6143 each year the first time it has not risen each year.
and still under half of what the town council used to pay a local garden centre in the days
the Clerk said they did not tender because no one was interested.
