2013
The first six months of 2013 are going to be a very busy time for the
gallery and our artists. We will be taking part in the Battersea
Affordable Art Fair in March (see below), the New Chelsea Art
Fair and Bristol Affordable Art Fair
in April, and the Hampstead Affordable which has been brought forward from
November to June.
Loic Gesnouin
February 16 – March 2
We will be back in France next week on another flying visit to collect new
works from Loïc Gesnouin. Although Loïc had planned these works
for the forthcoming Affordable Art Fair, Spring
(Battersea), such has been the quality of and the response to
his latest work that we have decided they should be seen at the gallery first.
We will be e-mailing images and further details on our return from France.
Charles Harrison
New work
We recently met up with Charles in order to discuss forthcoming projects.
Whilst we were with him we discussed the new work he is producing for the
Spring Affordable Art Fair at Battersea. He intends to have
eight new pieces at the fair, images of the first four to be completed are shown
below.

Julie Needham
Julie has just delivered some new pieces, one of which uses a male face;
this is the first time she has used masculine features since she started to
exhibit with us in 2010. It is pleasing for us that many visitors to the gallery
are commenting very positively on how her work continues to develop both
technically and creatively. We couldn’t agree more and are looking forward to
seeing how the new pieces are received at the forthcoming London fairs.

Collection

We are pleased and excited to be taking part in
the forthcoming Spring AAF. We will be returning to our usual stand,
D9, where we will be exhibiting the work of Ceri
Auckland-Davies, Loïc Gesnouin, Charles
Harrison, Emma Jackson, Julie
Needham, Ailsa Read and Geoff Oke. We
will be sending out both paper and e-invitations closer to the fair and will
