Rutland County Council, Invests in High Risk, Currency Markets, Gambling with Public Money
A Rutland County Councillor has raised concerns about the way Rutland County Council
invests its surplus public money. Often this is very high risk. Pointing out out the latest gamble
investing in foreign currency.
Its not clear how much of the councils nine million reserves are currently being gambled in this way.
I wonder if that is why Tory Leader Roger Begy is constantly running to central government with the
begging bowl claiming poverty and predicting more council cuts?
