The Male arrested was bailed until 20th March 2013 this was later changed to September 30th 2013.
I told Inspector Mistry it was unreasonable for a victim of a crime to have to wait so long to find out who has
committed those crimes.
By now the criminal would have informed others, so his excuse the case investigation could be harmed does not wash with me.
Residents have since told me and other Cllr Charles Haworth was arrested on the 17th January and
computer equipment was removed.

I also asked if he had asked the police not to reveal the ID of the offender to me and the others affected

His response below clearly states he has made no decisions and awaits further details form the police.
