Rutland County Council, Lie to Inspector Mistry, effecting bail conditions
Leicestershire Police agreed to some bail condition changes.
There are no conditions stating that I can not be in a public place photographing a public event.
On Tuesday's parade one ex Councillor and a current Town Councillor asked PCSO Liam Bourne
to remove me from All Saints Church Yard.
As normal Leicestershire police did so, preventing me from carrying out my lawful activity of
photographing the event.
I was permitted to return once these two undeserving individuals were escorted by the police into
the church.
The bail condition stopping me attending both Town and Rutland County Council meeting was
due to be amended so that I could attend Rutland County Council meetings.
Whilst negotiations were going on some one from Rutland County Council used their hotline
to Inspector Mistry and lied.
They said I had visited the council office and caused a disturbance.
I had visited the office to ask to speak to Mrs Briggs the Chief Executive, the nice lady as they all are
who work at the reception called her PA, Kate Haworth. My details were taken and I departed.
The reception manager is rather like me she does not lie and will only tell the truth, there was no
disturbance during the time of my visit.
Because of the Councils lie, Inspector Mistry would not let the DS change that bail condition and
other words were added. I am not the Rutland Times or the Rutland Mercury I will not publish
what Rutland County Council or Oakham Town Council wish to see published as is often the case
with the publication in the named papers.
Bail Condition.
Not to attend in person any public or private meeting concerning local government business being conducted
by Oakham Town Council or Rutland County Council (you may write or telephone the Oakham clerk in order to obtain written literature/information relating to local town council business which you may then publish. You may also submit written correspondence to Rutland County Council relating to local government issues and give them a reasonable time to provide you with a written response, which you may then publish)
I wonder what these councils really have to hide, after years of depraved attacks from them and their members and a clear support from the local police Inspectors.
My bail conditions also won't let me publish on-line the name of the arrested Oakham Town Councillor
So this morning I went out to the people and spoke to them and handed out a 100 news sheets letting
people know their councillor is responsible for perverted publications attacking me since I first became
a Councillor in 2010.
So far there has been no media coverage locally about this, when I displayed literature sent to me and
was arrested for displaying a tiny image they sent me, the town council and its few supporters made sure
everyone knew and this included their local paper.
