be careful what you re-tweet especially if the officer is a leicestershire police sergeant

it seems that you have to be very careful what you re-tweet these days.
especially if the person you are re tweeting is a serving police officer  in the leicestershire police force.

I am now in receipt of the additional charges which the cps charged me with at the magistrates court on the 15th of may.

the second additional amended charge stalking without fear/alarm/ distress
beetween 27/03/2013 and 31/03/2013
at oakham leicestershire and elsewhere pursued because of conduct which amounted to the stalking of ####### #### ( police sergeant) and which you knew or to have known amounted to the harassment of him in that re tweeted his tweets, posted his tweets on your blog, I'm sent e-mails to various individuals and organisations contrary to section 2a(1) and (4) of the protection from harassment act 1997.

I cannot name the police sergeant do too onerous bail conditions but if you were in court on wednesday you would've heard the name and all the others read out in open public court.

reading the enclosed statements its shocking how people can write so many fibs

It also seems leicestershire police are as shambolic as the cps
I refer to my panasonic camera which a detective claims he will produce as  (police exhibit mg2)

He might find that a little difficult unless I bring it to court with me.
